"The staff are great, the hotel is clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, the breakfast was good, and the hotel location, though not picturesque, is convenient if you have a car. However, the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Our backs hurt by the time we left. Tried changing rooms but it didn’t help. I would not stay here again because of that."

"Staff was nice, attentive and excellent. Some of the rooms are a bit dated/old. They lend binoculars and a walking stick which was nice. Theirs is a nice fire pit at night. River view is awesome. Close to Northern entrance of Yellowstone. Would stay here again."

"The room was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. We were there in July with temperatures in the 80’s, so no AC in the entire building made it pretty uncomfortable. It’s a pretty neat old hotel and I’m glad we stayed there."
