"The location of the property is incredible. Our only disappointment is that housekeeping did not visit our room once during our stay. If we were told this, I missed it in the communication. There were enough towels but fresh sheets would have been welcomed after a long day on the trails."

"Excellent hotel in a good location. The wildlife they use in the decor really lends to the rustic appearance. Only one of the front staff was actually friendly which was a little off-putting but they did the logistics of their jobs well."

"Nice location. NO INTERNET or cell service was a disappointment. We didn't see an indication regarding this when we booked. All of the other properties in the park do have some form of cell or internet service. When you need to work, you need to have internet."

"Convenient, free parking, ground level a bit noisy with people above ( creaky floors upstairs) room had strong pine sol smell and really couldn't leave windows open to air out on ground level. But at least it was clean :)"
