I traveled regularly in Europe. Trust me this hotel is outstanding in many ways. They give an explanation of the city, the areas around & provide excellent transportation to & fro the airport. The receptionists are helpful & responsive. The housekeepers also ensure great cleanliness in the room & are attentive to details. Thk u very much for the wonderful experience. Helpful staff that accommodated our early check-in and upgraded our room to a suite facing the river. Grateful for the top notch service of the staff. Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. Spent 4 days over Christmas and couldn't have picked a more magical place in Porto. From our very spacious and well designed room - watching the sun set over the city across the river - was unforgettable.

Breakfast and dining options were fantastic. Staff went outof their way to please their guests. Truly a memorable experience.

Great location, very convenient to get around the city center. Friendly staff

Amazing hotel

Great location and smiling staffs
