First night stay at NZ..very good place and very clean..

A basic lodging for travellers in a good location. It is surrounded by quite a number of eateries, pub, restaurants & fast foods. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. However my room is right next to the recycle bin area that noise appears whenever staffs dispose bottles and cans. I expected the noise stop at 10pm but it didn't. Sadly I was awake by the last noise at 11.30pm. Hopefully the hotel will address to this issue.

It was my first time staying in a cottage, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The interior was beautifully done, with a kitchenette and a cozy living room featuring a fireplace (though we didn’t use it). There’s no restaurant on-site, but there’s a hunting lodge restaurant right next to the cottage, which was convenient. The two day stay was good. The staff from porters to the restaurant servers and chef hakim were helpful and attentive. Nothing is too difficult for them. Room is spacious and tastefully decorated. My room is city view and is quite noisy during the day. ( next to a road which was not stated in the booking ) Night time is quiet. So maybe Harbour view will be my next selection if i return back. This high rating is kudos to the staff that attended to me thru out my stay.

Love everything about the hotel. Excellent breakfast and beautiful room! Will def stay again without doubt if I’m ever in Auckland again.
