Hotel is within walking distance to most of Ephraim, though you have to walk along the main road with no sidewalk. ..."

"The Landmark property/location is second to none, especially if you chose a room with a waterfront view. The only negative is that the buildings are getting old and the upkeep seems to be moving very slowly."
