The staff is friendly and does their best but the building is just old and it smells. Fire alarm malfunctioned and went off around 4:30 AM Sunday morning so that was a lot of fun. Shower was makeshift with hand held head that was no where near high enough with poor water pressure. Stayed for 4 days.

The room and property were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location felt safe. The staff was helpful and kind. There were lots of restaurants nearby. Attractions in Charleston were only 20 minutes away. I will stay here again.

There was many stranglers on the property. None of the TV’s worked in the entire hotel . Imagine going on vacation without being able to use the tv . The area seemed unsafe with many ransoms walking around & on hotel property. The shower pressure was low & the ice machine was broken on my floor .

This property is a rose in the weeds. The staff are eager to help. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold choices. The room is clean and up dated. Great starting point to get to dinning or exploring the area. I don’t suggest walking around the immediate area.
