Premier Hotel Cabin North Chittenden

"We booked this on the spur of the moment when we found the place we booked in White River Junction was not fit for human consumption. This was the weekend of the Dartmouth graduation and places were at a premium. This is a ski lodge in Killington, about an hour’s drive from Hanover NH. It’s a lodge, not a hotel. We had a nice little suite with three queen beds, a small kitchen, and a family room area. Unfortunately we were only there from about 10 pm to 6:30 am the next day so didn’t get much time to enjoy it. But it was nice. If I had a reason to come to Killington - hiking, skiing, etc. - I would definitely stay there. But it’s not a hotel and it lacked some amenities - like decent shampoo. But that’s a minor quibble. I would certainly come again if I had reason to be there."

"The Brandon Inn was a quaint and quiet property. The room was a good combination of old and modern. The lobby area was reminiscent of an old hotel. The staff was great. But they need to alert people to the fact that all rooms are on upper floors and that the elevator needs to be operated by a staff person who is not always available before booking the room."

"Beautiful scenery. Accommodating hosts, helpful to move my luggage up and down staircase, even putting into my car when I departed. Excellent made to order breakfast, multiple decaf coffee refills, even preparing a to go coffee in my travel cup. I would definitely stay again when visiting this region. A gem."
