"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"What a beautiful property right in the heart of Loveland. Great communication from the owner which made this stay very enjoyable. Was looking for just a quick overnight getaway and it surpassed expectations. We will definitely book again."

"Jovi checked us in and she couldn’t have done a better job!!! Pointed us to all the attractions, transportation, food, etc. Super friendly and absolutely LOVED our stay. Ended the night at the hotel bar. Bartender was amazing and we also ordered food (pizza) which was excellent. Especially impressed with the security of the hotel. Will definitely be back!"
