"The property is beautiful. Very large and is kept in excellent shape. The pool area was great, and i love the venue outside the sports bar where i watched several shows. The staff was great and met a lot of nice people from many different places"

"Princess Senses the Mangrove is an unbelievable resort! it is Palatial, luxurious and a stunning place to take in. I had an amazing view from my beautiful Junior suite balcony and could enjoy daily sunrise/sunsets right from my chair. the staff is incredibly polite and helpful; I loved all the food and entertainment located on the property. For Food- there are so options to choose from whether buffet or one of the many restaurants on the resort. You just have to decide what to try. For the entertainment- there are large digital boards that display what is taking place on the resort that day (ie: tribute band, yoga, shows etc.) Everything from the pools to the Jacuzzis to the walkways are immaculately kept, and I can tell that staff work extremely hard to maintain a beautiful property and keep guests happy. I have Zero complaints and can't wait to go back!! Do not second guess, just book! you will not regret it. Side note- the buffet on the property has a dress code, so dress accordingly if you want to dine there at any time of the day or you will be turned around."

"We found roaches in the room. And mosquitos. Staff came to fumigate however they did it with us in the room. There were also issues with the booking. I needed to add a person to my room as she was coming from another country and could not be put in the original booking. I was charged in cash and I was charge a lot on the cash machine for each transaction. That make it even more expensive."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Spring, which offers a great mix of fun and entertainment for the whole family. The property is clean, modern, and keeps you busy throughout your trip. The Highlights: The activities here are family-oriented and excellent. The lazy river, water park, games room and bowling alley kept everyone completely entertained. There are many restaurants to try, and we especially enjoyed the Italian and Route 66 options, as well as the fantastic poolside jerk chicken. Areas for Improvement: The beach area is notably small and rocky, making water shoes a necessity. Additionally, while the main buffet has lots of great food to choose from, it gets very crowded and packed during peak hours. Customer Service: For the most part, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, it did feel like one or two employees could use a bit of additional customer service training to be more welcoming. They seemed to just be having a bad day, which slightly impacted the experience, but the rest of the team was great. Final Verdict: A fun, activity-packed choice for a family vacation, as long as you plan ahead for the rocky beach and stay patient with the busy buffet times."

"The property is in great location for my visit to central Montego Bay. It was very convenient to have a more than adequate breakfast. It would have been good to have some fruits for breakfast though. The staff I met were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. I was surprised and happy to find that the property has a charger for my electric vehicle! Parking is free."
