"This hotel was lively and had extremely friendly, helpful staff. I was impressed by the common areas and how welcoming the space was. Our room was quite large, and the beds were quite comfortable However, the decorative pillow pillows on the sofa in our room, smelt repulsive- to the point I would not sit on the sofa. There was quite a bit of dust, but generally in higher areas like around the door frames. Sadly, the Jacuzzi tub took almost 2 hours to fill, and by then the water was cold so overall the choosy in the room was not usable which was disappointing. Because of how kind the staff was, and how the whole hotel felt I would try this hotel again- just might bring Lysol & not order a room with a jacuzzi!"

"I bet this place was beautiful when it first opened but it needs some some refurbishing/upkeep. I booked it for the hot tub which was broken and sounds like not being fixed anytime soon. That being said, the room was clean, breakfast was adequate, and the staff was great. We had fun playing mini golf and the pools are very large. We enjoyed our stay but definitely wished I had seen it when it first opened."

"Get this out there first: the room was very spacious for my wife and I along with our two daughters. It was also cleaned each day with fresh towels and tidied up nicely. The breakfast was decent although a little different with a sit down setup rather than a buffet. The property manager/owner was very attentive and could be seen driving around ensuring things were ok and responding to guests. The location is great too!! With all of that said, the property is in pretty serious need of updates and/or remodeling. Our room was clean but aesthetically a mix of 80โs/90โs wall paper and outdated carpet and the bathroom was a little crammed. The property itself looks as if it hasnโt been updated or renovated in about 20 years with rotting wooden retaining walls, an astroturf putting green thatโs all wrinkled and worn, a shuffleboard area that needs repaving and the walk to the river side is eroded. It also looked as if the exercise room had really old equipment in it too. I am understanding of cost and stuff, but with improvements this place can be magical given its location. Invest in the property!"

"The property is very pet friendly and the staff was all great! The pools and playground were all kept well and breakfast was great! Our room was well kept with the exception of the outlets that needed to be replaced but that was our only concern with the room."
