"It is actually a nice property but its attitude to guests is off the mark. The check-in instructions are complicated and officious. The door entry system is weird and puts you at the mercy of your phone's battery. They don't let you control the heating and warn against using too much hot water. They would charge you for the air you breath if only they could measure it. It feels like they would be happier if no-one stayed there. Perhaps the place is managed by Basil Fawlty?"

In General a nice place, could do with a few maintenance updates, one of the single Divans have seen better days, the Shower in the Ensuite doesn't get very warm.
