"I believe it’s a shelter also. There were crackheads hanging near the entrance asking for cigarettes. I was locked out of my room after returning late; and no I didn’t have my key near my phone. The bathtub was rusted bad and the water pressure in the sink was very low. The early staff was great; females by the way. The men that worked late were real scared and fidgety which means the property is really not that safe if you operate through a glass window and act cold to the customers."

"For $300 a night, highly disappointed. Our room was very poorly maintained, dirty couches/chairs/bathtub and trash in the parking lot. Honestly, can get that quality for cheaper and will do that next time."

"The bedding seemed clean. The partially-assembled light fixtures in the room had grime and grunge all around them. Some of the guests were homeless people that were being housed there. The shower/tub in our room worked, but it looked and smelled disgusting. And the carbohydrate-only breakfast was edible. The breakfast area was a bit of a wreck. We would say the price was a tad bit high for the conditions."

"Good price off of the busier Rt. 1 corridor, near Longwood Gardens. Equivalent to a Hampton Inn. Only one sink, only one light in bathroom (so no direct light on your face, no outlet on one side of the bed. We could not hear a bathroom fan running on the vent. Otherwise happy with our stay."

"The room we booked was sold out so they upgraded us. The tv was not a smart tv even though we stayed here before in a regular room and that tv was smart. The bathrooms were ok clean wise, but there were fake eyelashes in the one tub which showed it was not properly cleaned or cleaned at all. Some of the dishes didn’t seem clean either. The staff was very nice!"
