"This is an ideal family holiday for families with kids below 10 years or so. The facilities aren't luxury, nor are the rooms, but the fun and options for kids doesn’t end. The two waterparks are perfect to entertain the kids while parents enjoy a cold beverage and the family trivia and entertain is just what you need to end the day with a good laugh. "The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome. Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice."
