"I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent! It is clean throughout, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for my needs - close to grocery stores and restaurants or anything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I had a small issue with the toilet and Maintenace fixed it very quickly. My room was very clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had a good amount of cupboards, closets and drawer space. The breakfast is terrific. Plenty of options for a good, healthy breakfast and well set-out. The lady who takes care of it clearly knows what she is doing and takes great pride in putting on a splendid breakfast. I'm a coffee snob...the coffee at this hotel is VERY GOOD and so nice to have real 1/2 and 1/2 creamer for it!
The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Expedia was less than helpful. They took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me.
I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area.
I would however caution against booking through Expedia as they were less than helpful in assisting / supporting me in resolving a rate discrepancy I had. Expedia does not provide satisfactory customer service & support in my opinion."
