Room was clean overall, area not seen needed cleaning , bed comfy, heating in bathroom not working, no bathmat, bath very slippy when showering, windows in room had huge gaps at the top causing a bad draft and very noisy. DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln
Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well
