"Lovely staff and easy to check in. We had to book the night before we arrived in addition to the night we actually stayed, because we arrived to Auckland early in the morning and wanted to be sure we’d have a room available to check into. Rooms were ready upon arrival, clean and modern. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good too."

"Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. Coffee in room is great and the view from our room was lovely. Comfortable and clean rooms! Would recommend again and again."
