"The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again. Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom. I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous. "

"We did not have time to eat. Got in late and had to be back at Airport at 5 am. Shuttle was very nice and convenient both to and from Airport. Over all a very positive experience and would definitely recommend or book again if back in Auckland"
