"*The city shuttle is not specific to the hotel.* The hotel is simply a stop on the route. The shuttle is a lifesaver for getting to manhattan. DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Very clean room, but small. First time I've ever had a commercial style toilet in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly.They were very helpful when I called for help both before and during my stay. Breakfast is a joke. Toast and coffee and I'm pretty sure that one of the men was there to keep you from taking too much. Hovering near the toaster every morning. I gave up and went to Aldis for granola bars and juice to keep in my room. Do not expect to be able to walk nearby for quick food. You have to either uber there or have it delivered. The staff was amazing but the hotel had very little to offer. "

"The staff were very respectful and willing the front desk worker was great. We arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time and he checked us in right away. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very attractive and well kept. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was immaculate. The included breakfast was very nice and the food was fresh. A couple of pieces of furniture were showing a little wear. I think the mattresses could stand to be turned, as it seems most people sleep on the side near the nightstand and the mattress tended to sag a little on that side of the double bed. We had a very lovely stay and would stay here again."
