"Very welcoming staff, they warned us about them having music on till late and offered to move us room but we was happy to stay in room as the music didn’t bother us, would definitely recommend and return "
"Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious.
The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room.
There were quite a few of them and felt they just didnt want to be there! No chat and worse of all no smile, a smile really does go a long way, especially when you are working in a high end establishment. "
