"The staff and breakfast where both great, what let's this hotel down is the desperate need for major refurbishment. The rooms have new furniture and paint but beyond this it's very old and tired. The bathrooms where last done in the very early 90s by the look of them. The pool area was also extremely old with bits of tiles missing in the pool, closed of sauna, and very scruffy changing rooms. "

"unfortunately the manager was a bit rude and ruined my mother’s birthday cake by not storing properly All other staff were amazing, helpful. Nothing too much trouble and food was also wonderful"
