"Dirty shower curtain hair on beds on sheets
Air from heat was musty smelling. The mattress gave me horrible back ache i was so disgusted that we were ready to go and sleep in the car. I felt terrible for the kids we drove for 5 hours to look in to the beautiful college campus Salve Regina it was ruined by this place it totally grossed me out.
It was a nightmare.
I wanted to cancel the room i had kids with me the clerk didn't let me."

"We had a lovely stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit.
A special thank you to the team for their communication—the carpet had been cleaned right before we arrived and was still slightly damp, but they called ahead to check if we were okay with it and made sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast had minimal options, but the quality was still very good and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience...

"The property was clean, free and easy parking. check in was fast. Breakfast was very good and even had a gluten free muffin which we rarely find!
Room was very clean and nice, the kitchen actually had most things that were needed.
Close to food, grocery store, gas and attractions.
The only issue was that the pool wasn't open while we were there and my son really wanted to go. But the hotel next door was nice enough to let us use theirs. "
