"Upon check-in we noticed the lobby had an odd smelly odor to it. The front desk lady was super nice but that’s where the staff friendliness ended. When we went to our room there was huge portable air conditioning unit on roller wheels with a giant tube stretched across the room and out the window, it looked like an exhaust vent. The smell of mold was very prominent and overbearing. My boyfriend has terrible asthma and he instantly became choked. We went to the front desk to request a refund because we couldn’t stay especially with the mold in the air. Gabriel the front desk manager was HORRIBLE, very non-sympathetic and refused to refund us even at the expressed request from the manager at Expedia. His character and terrible moldy smell all over and odd air apparatus in the rooms is probably why the hotel appeared completely empty. Also the photos of the rooms versus reality couldn’t be further t from the truth. The rooms appeared as though to be from the 70s!! Old run down furniture and carpets just gross!"

"The overall hotel appeared to be well maintained and cared for. However, our room was small, poorly lit, had no place to sit besides the bed, had a dangerous step down into the bathroom, and had only an antiquated and extremely noisy wall heater to provide heat. It wheezed and squeaked every 20 minutes all night long. We had originally planned on staying two nights but decided to cut our holiday short because of the room."
