The facility itself was fine. Room was clean, relatively quiet. For the room rate I paid, I cannot complain. My only issue was with someone (not sure who, whether it was the hotel staff, OYO system staff or Expedia) canceled my reservation even though I said I would be late. As a result I was charged a cancelation fee, even though I was there when I said I would be. I got my money back, but there shouldn't have been a cancelation in the first place.

Don't book here! You will regret it!
Manager is rude, told me i had no reservation when i did. Awful rooms straight from the 80's and reek of stale smoke. Bed is awful, room had threadbare carpet and blanketing.

Horrible experience
We went to check in and were told the room we booked almost a week ahead of time was "not available" so we then asked if we could have a discount on a different room and he said no but we could cancel. So we cancelled and stayed somewhere else. May be the worst service at a hotel ever.

I just needed a place to sleep on a long drive and didn't want to spend a lot of money and I got what I was looking for. The bed was comfortable with clean linens and the shower was recently updated. But the rest of the room was dated, one of the bedside table lamps was broken, and there were two patches in the wall.

No. Just no.
Do not stay here. We drove in and immediately left. There was loud arguing happening when we arrived with anger flying everywhere. The building is run down. The place looks like a third world brothel. We didn't even attempt to engage. We booked another hotel and cut our loses. Then we read the reviews. Glad we dodged this proverbial bullet.

Definitely no frills
Expected a no frills hotel, but this was a step below my expectations. There was no electrical outlet or ventilation in the bathroom and the sink faucet had hardly any water pressure. The shower was fine and the bed was comfortable so it was tolerable for one night.

Customer service is horrible, the whole experience was horrible, You are bothering them, since this motel, not hotel, is their home. You have to push a ring doorbell just to get service, & then you have to wait & wait, in a room the size of a closet with no air circulation, waiting for them to show up, it’s obvious your interrupting something. We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. We had to go thru the above procedure to get more towels, but we were told they don’t have any right now, they’ll bring some in the morning @9am. Check out is @11. We never got the towels. We did have an old used towel from the day before we shared, & the towels are small, thin,& old. The bathroom floors are very slippery, be careful. The rooms are not clean, very dirty. I wore my shoes the whole time, my socks would be black on the bottom if I walked around in them. There is no hair dryer or anything. I think there breakfast is a coffee pot & some plastic wrapped muffins inside the closet sized, no air circulation waiting room. Our room does have an old small frig & an old extra small microwave, & that’s the only good thing, if you can call that good. Oh, you need to leave a $50 deposit to secure the fact you don’t steal things from the room & you don’t leave it damaged. Lmao. But they will call you on a landline phone @ 10:30 & express did you know your suppose to be checking out?or your getting charged for another day. This place is horrible.

Best priced hotel I’ve been to
On the outside this place looks like an older plain motel, but it is very clean and the owner is very friendly. The price is inexpensive and it is not a fancy place , just the necessities and basics, and that’s what makes it a nice place to stay and affordable. You can tell the owner wants only good quality customers and won’t have rough people staying here. He will help you anyway he can to make sure you are comfortable. The beds are nice and firm and there is no carpeting which in my opinion keeps thing cleaner. Hard floors. I prefer doors that open to outside and this hotel has that and it is very convenient to park right outside your room so you can transfer luggage in and out and come and go easily with out the hassle of a big useless lobby and a slow elevator and long hallways . Very close to all kinds of food and the mall. I stay here every time I’m working in the area.

The staff were very rude! The room was very dirty and gross. Moved to different hotel. They refused to refund any of the charge for the room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very disappointed. I also reported to Expedia and they were no help.

This place has everything you need and nothing you don't. Clean rooms, great showers. The beds are rock hard. Not really a problem for me but my wife had trouble sleeping.

It was absolutely disgusting. We wanted to give this place a chance but it ended up being the worst. We get in our room and it smells like body odor. Then when we lay down on the bed we noticed there was little blood spots on it. It was disgusting. We were there for maybe 20 minutes then decided it was time to leave.

Front desk was so rude. Did not look like pictures that were posted. Kind of a sketchy place, also had a weird smell to the room. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice. Only thing that would have made it nicer would be towels that didn't feel like sandpaper and there were no wash cloths at all. The shower was nice but it did take about a half hour of the water running before it got warm enough to shower in.

I checked in my room with my fiancé on 11/18/2022 we were watching tv at night the two of us. She went to the front desk to ask for a extra pillow the woman at the front desk the owners wife told my fiancé no and she knows we are having a party. My fiancé recorded the conversation. She came back to the room. Angry all of a sudden there is a loud bang at the door. The husband says In broken English you have to get out sor I am calling the police. I said for what we are watching tv he said you just have to go. No reason at all. He said he would return my deposit only gave me 50 dollars of the hundred. Do not stay here room is dirty staff is rude and disrespectful. He is looking for a way to keep your money.

Well you can literally hear everything through the walls because they were paper thin. Was Kinda clean but also it was badly remodeled. The bed made sounds all the time. You sat it was loud you change positions it was loud.
