"Very nice apartment (you get what you pay for). A dishwasher is supplied (we didn’t used it) and washers/dryer are available in common area in the garden (excellent!) We didn’t received access information however as promised, so we arrived at location with no way to enter. As good as the place is, if you cannot get in, it’s a dud! "I am still waiting for a refund for a double payment on this stay. No one answers the phone, so there is no one to speak to or anyone to assist you. If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service. "
