"Batad Rice Terraces is a must see, but have to be physically fit for it is very steep, high, narrow and very very long walk. But once you overcome the almost 1 hour walk with rest, it is worth to see the place. Definitely, get a guide and a stick to go with you. The owner of the place gave an excellent service."

"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. ADDITIONAL charge for airconditioner at 500 pesos a night (pricey, considering it was only used at night) 2. Lots of mosquitoes 3. Toilet flush handle is broken (shared/common area bathroom) 4. "We had a great 2 nights there, the 3 musketeers (staff) were friendly, helpful and very good company. The food was very fresh and tasty. If you are looking for a tour guide we would highly recommend Kim Dumulag, who was good company, knowledgeable and passionate about his people. "

"The property looks nice, the employees were very friendly, the room is clean and spacious. The beds however were extremely uncomfortable. We were 4 people and none of us had proper sleep because of those horrible beds and pillows."

"The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"

"Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere."

"What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house.
