"Super nice with fireplace and balcony view of beach. Easy access to beach. Hot tub was really nice and pool good. The exercise area was locked but very limited equipment, sparse, had it been open. Very nice stay"

"I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Such a beautiful property! Many thoughtful details and the rooms were spacious. Lovely to have the rockers on the private patio and we enjoyed the fireplace as well. So convenient to walk across the street for food and shopping trails and the beach were so close by. Staff was very kind and helpful! I wish the beds were firmer, much too squishy for my liking but everything else was perfect!"

"Beds were comfortable, space was great. View of ocean great. Refrigerator needing cleaning inside and out, looked like it hadn’t been wiped down after prior people that stayed there, walls and counters the same. Yellowed pillows on floor in closets. Couch felt dirty. "

"came here super last minute and we were able to get a room right away. super friendly staff! pool and hot-tub were nice and the hotel is right on the beach and the strip. walked everywhere instead of needing to drive and park. we would choose this hotel again."
