"Falling apart, broken promises, no room service and broken elevator. Staff was great however the owner is not invested into this Hotel. Tile was cracked in the bathroom. Shower was missing tile too. Toilets were clogging, and kitchen cabinets falling apart. The hotel did not provide enough pans for cooking. We called to ask for a pan to cook and they told us they don’t have any. We had a long stay there. We were forced to buy cleaning supplies including a mop and broom and cleaning agents. Also, If you go have dinner and come back you will have no parking because there is a bar downstairs and the owner of the bar is part owner of the Hotel and lets the bar hoppers park in the Hotel parking spots. I had to complain and harass the staff to get the new owner which owns the bar to tell the bar customers to move their vehicles. Waiting 4 hours for a parking spot is not acceptable. To add to this, let’s talk about the “no room service”. If you need towels or anything else, you have to call yourself to get them. If you want to relax and enjoy yourself, don’t stay here! As of now I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone because I do not want to catch backlash for recommending it. They used to be great. Now it’s just a mess. "
