Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. "I had called the day before booking to confirm that the hot tub was operational. I was assured that it was functioning well. When I arrived the next day, the water was lukewarm at best. The consulation was that the water in the shower was hot...well, until the day before I left when the hot water vanished. Most mornings the breakfast was fine, but the last day, the eggs were inedible! One night, there was an arguement in the parking lot at midnight that woke me up. Not the hotel's fault, but a result of the neighborhood. Other than that, my stay was quiet and peaceful."
