"Stayed in the new pinnacle tower which was very nice and modern. We enjoyed the comfort of the room."

"This was our second stay here and it was just as good. I had requested a microwave for our room and it was there when we arrived. Staff are always helpful. Lifts are a bit of a challenge if you’re trying to find your way around. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Great location close to restaurants. Highly rec Tony’s Steakhouse just around the corner. "

"The stay was good other than a very rude woman who was behind the menus stand. A friend and I were seated at a table and the staff member rudely said in an accusing voice/ did you seat yourself at this table? Then walked away without taking any orders. "
