3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (1001)
"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Lovely room. Amazing location as Viaduct Basin was outside the rear entrance. Good clean room but a little maintenance could be done to the leaky toilet. Directions could have been better communicated as the Apartment was located within the Sebel Hotel. Very difficult to find if not aware."
