"Staff was awesome. I loved them. They were all friendly. But the housekeepers could do a little better at their job. - One of the towels in the bathroom that were supposed to be clean, kind of looked like a dead spider or 2 was on it when I unfolded it. Maybe a couple of little baby spider eggs too. The manager thought it was spiders. - TV was blinking on most channels. Maintenance fixed it. - Had to ask them to tighten the shower curtain rod. They fixed that. - Toilet seat was loose and my boyfriend tightened the little screws behind it. Toilet paper roll holder fell off on the left side, but my boyfriend fixed that too. Besides all that, everything else was fine. "

"We booked the "Two doubles suite kitchen," which fit our family of five very well - a huge kitchen and living space (with fold-out couch) that was entirely separate from the bedroom. Families definitely stay at this hotel - the pool was crowded each night and was not too big (it also had no real shallow end where my 5-yr-old could stand). But overall the stay was good, the room large, and the breakfast a good mix of hot (waffles, eggs, sausage) along with toast, bagels, cereals, and fruit."

"The Heater in the room . didn't work. even after multiple complaints the heater was not fixed. I had to cover myself with 4+ blanket and 2 set of clothes to get some sleep. while the temp was at freezing outside on both nights. "

"The room was pretty clean for the most part. The power outlet between the beds that normal people plugged their cell phone into charge was broke and my charger would not stay plugged into it because the outlet was worn out. The swimming pool had towels everywhere because nobody would put their towels in the right place and staff didn’t show up for a while to clean up the area. After breakfast in the morning, the staff that was there cleaning up everywhere did an amazing job cleaning the lobby. And he was extremely polite. Thank you for that. "
