"The room was brand new. New carpeting - very clean - new bathrooms - refrigerator - microwave. The outside looks worn but the rooms are fresh and new. The new AC fan, however, was very loud. Additionally, the bedspread should be swapped out for a double sheet over a quilt. There were plenty of towels and built in soap - shampoo - conditioner and lotion bottles. Very nice owners."
