Clean, but bed was hard. Sink drained super slow. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff was nice and location convenient.

I’ve stayed here many times it use to be one of my favorites. I stayed here this past weekend for my daughter’s cheer comp at Foxwoods. I do feel the bathroom especially shower could have been cleaner. The fridge had a really funny smell and didn’t keep anything cold. A small table would be nice. Overall I would stay again for a quick trip but some upgrading could definitely be done!

Super cute rooms. Clean and comfy bed. Coffee and breakfast available at 7:30. Close to Mystic pizza and the casino is 10 minutes away. They have limo to take u there if u want. The only complaint I would have was only 2 towels in the room. I could’ve requested more but other than that, perfect and I will be back!

This property was ok it does need some improvement i rented 2 rooms the floor was very cold no carpet my tv couldn’t get cable but did have streaming channels but the WiFi keep going off at times. The breakfast was waffles cereal and bagels which was ok.

This place is freeeezing, the mattress is a literal rock, used Qtips on the floor, there were a ton of bugs. Waste of $$

Great weekend getaway friendly staff big room with jetted hot tub close and convenient to restaurants, shopping and casino.. they also have a limo shuttle that takes you to the casino...we definitely enjoyed our stay there

The price was fair and the staff were amazing. The idea of the place is great but in our room the water pressure was awful, it took almost an hour to clean the whirpool tub and the water was either boiling lava hot or cold. It also was not very clean...i had to scrub the shower and tub before using them.

Great place. I’m sure people look for bad reviews but this place is great for the price. My family all went and we had connecting rooms. It was great. They have a limo service that runs till 3 am and we went to Foxwoods casino and the limo is great. It’s a great feel for the price you pay.

The backboard fell off the bed in the middle of the night, and there was no hanky-panky involved! They have a waffle iron for breakfast, but no waffle mix. So the girl complained and said OK I have to go make it so we told her forget it and went out and bought breakfast. Oh yeah, their coffee is terrible. The plugs are worn out in the room when you plug something in the plug falls right out of the wall. The staff has absolutely no personality at all. They reminded us of dead flowers. Or maybe the Addams family there in! Our anniversary is on Valentine’s Day so we stayed there for three days got snowed in and had a inch of ice in front of our door, where a drain pipes leaking water all over the sidewalk and freezing I almost broke my back. My wife and I never complain about anything but actually, we are laughing and reminiscing about our stay as we’re writing this letter. Although my wife was crying the entire stay!

The place is not clean, stains all over the rug. The tub has yellow stains, the sink was clogged so took forever for the water to go down. The toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. Only one trash bin in bathroom. The towels looked like they were 15 years old. No iron or ironing board and the shuttle is a beat up limo. I would never recommend anyone staying here. Oh and the lady at the front counter should learn how to speak to people.

It was nice for a 1 night stay the rooms were clean it has a shuttle back & forth to the casino which was nice to have. The only issue was the hot water and how small the towels were.
