Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). Would be helpful to have everything in one place. However, that didn't spoil an...

"Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, plenty of parking. The rooms are above a pub so be prepared for noise if staying over a weekend. Settled down by late in the evening and it may have been particularly busy as around Xmas time. We had breakfast - food nice but please warm plates!"
