"From the beginning the gentleman behind the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He was very informative about where we could park. He was very helpful when I wanted to change my reservation from two double beds to a king. The room was very clean and very spacious. I couldn't get over how big the room was and how big our TV was in the room. Bathroom was very clean and good size and a nice shower. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel"

"Hotel was OK walkable to the Niagara Falls and to walk to Canada Not impressed with the hotel, cleaning aspect of it. Was shocked to step into the shower to find hair all over it, and then while I was drying myself off afterwards there’s hair all over the floor. So that was a big yuck. for two of us, they gave one washcloth and two bath towels and two hand towels. I had to go out in the hall in the morning and ask for more towels for us as we have booked for a week and they don’t housekeeper daily. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my husband both the pillows were filled with feathers, which is fine, but there was not enough feathers so the pillows become obsolete once you put your head on them The first day we were in the lobby we noticed all the windows down below were filthy dirty with fingerprints, just dirty. It took them till the next day before they finally clean them all. There was nobody going around cleaning the casino machines so they were dirty all the time. As far as servers in the casino to give you drinks, I would say there is one each night what I did like is they had a big non-smoking casino portion, and a large smoking area and plenty of machines however they don’t pay off a much. I would stay at this casino again if I ever go to Niagara Falls due to the closeness to the Niagara Falls and Canada. But next asked for about 10 more pillows."
