"I have only good things to say about this hotel. We’ve been looking for a regular hotel to stay in when we visit Calgary and we’ve finally found it. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite—it was spacious and had everything we wanted and more. The jacuzzi is massive, and the kitchen area is also spacious. We found the staff at this hotel to be helpful, friendly, and professional, from the staff who provided our flawless check-in to the staff who provided our delicious buffet breakfast every day. We’ll definitely be back to this wonderful hotel."

"Staff was great, room was clean, the furnishings and decor in the lobby had seen better days and the van that shuttled us to the hotel definitely needed a good detailing. Driver was very friendly and spoke highly of his coworkers and management. Overall, a solid 4. "

"This was our second overnight stay at the BW. Excellent shuttle service from Calgary airport - you just have to be able reach them by phone, not always easy when you are an international traveller. Hotel is a 20 minute bus ride from the airport. Found a bus which took us to a rail link and then to downtown Calgary. Worth the trip as otherwise not much in the vicinity. "
