"the room was so dirty. as soon as get in to the room I find bunch of hair everywhere . bathroom was not clean at all with a big disgusting stain in the shower. behind the beds was full of hair and dust. the seats were so dusty."

"The room 165 was clean and well equipped, with two desks. I especially liked the dimable LED lighting around the bottom of the beds. The toilet tank was loosing water and kept periodically filling throughout the night. The sink drain was partially blocked and had a problem draining water.the tankt"

"The property was just OK. Breakfast staff very attentive but breakfast options were just Ok. Didn’t have a desk lamp in one room. No in-room safe. Some Housekeeping staff did not even have a rudimentary command of English language to understand what I was saying. Front desk staff needs training in customer service: front desk staff abandoned the desk at checkout on a Sunday during at least 45 minutes. Could be more friendly and attentive to guests. Not a bad hotel per se but not exactly inspiring me to return."
