"Friendly staff, clean rooms, location"

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"Checked in at 10 pm. It took more than 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. The first room I was given had no functioning toilet. The second room had a door lock that wasn't very secure. I stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago and it used to be okay. I will not stay there anymore. Each room used to have an armchair to sit on and watch TV. Not anymore! No shampoo, no body wash. The bath towel is too small. Just a tiny soap bar on the sink."

"I reported the toilet did not flush and that lamp was not working on desk. I went to the front desk, they told me they would come and fix things. Never showed up to do anything. "

"We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff."
