"Beautiful hotel"

"Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them"

"Me and my husband loved our stay. Stay if friendly from the front desk, the bar, restaurants etc. The lobby is very clean and smells good. "

"The front desk went out of their way to get me a bottle of water taking it from the employee stash because the machine was sold out. Plus the rooms are clean and modern. "

"Overall this was a lovely hotel. Parking was an additional fee of 17.00 self park outside public or 40.00 valet per night. The lady who checked us in wss a bit mumbly and not vety polite"
