Hotels with Waterslides in Northeast Wisconsin

"The front desk staff was great, although they can use some help. I imagine it’s not like that all the time but being it is Spring break and a Saturday check in time. There was no one working the register at their store around the corner from front desk. Which resulted in longer wait for folks checking in. So the gentleman at the front desk had to cover both stations and he did great! The arcade people were awesome, were fast to help with any errors with the machines and have some cool prizes you could win. The waterpark area had plenty of clean towels, lifeguards were present in critical areas. Everyone seem to have fun even on busy Spring Break weekend. They should put a garbage can by the outside hot tub. The room was clean, kids liked the bunk beds. the spare blanket had holes all over it, The tile in bathroom was missing grout even around toilet. Someone could get cut on sharp edges of tile if too much grout gets loose. Also the caulking was starting to separate from tub. We tried the restaurant on the property, the folks there are fast, the breakfast buffet was a great deal for all the food they had, got our pizza fast but kids said it was to greasy everything slid off of it when they picked up a piece. Overall the stay was great for the price. The staff was great and helpful in all areas on the property. Most likely will stay again on off season. "

"The bar food was great the room was a little smaller then expected for a king suite not as big as the photos make it look and the bed isn’t very comfortable and I had a loud family with kids above and next to me and that’s all I could hear even over the tv day and night until about midnight and I am not one to report someone for being noisy but it was very obnoxious it sounded like they were bouncing off the walls next to us and running around non stop for hours on end could not sleep until midnight because someone didn’t want to put their kids to sleep.. the robes they give you are very uncomfortable but the hot tub is nice and the staff are nice and the place is beautiful all around. If it weren’t for the uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls/floors my rating would be much higher. Would also be nice to get free breakfast when paying $200 a night"

"Breakfast area was not maintained. Pool area was nice and our room was good. For the price of the room I had hoped for a little more. "

"Staff was helpful, ameneties were great (hot tub and sauna, breakfast were enjoyable. First room had a stale smoke smell but they quickly moved us and second room was good and whole place was very clean. Proximity to Aurora Bay Care hospital was nice."
