I am not sure why they have tried to place me in room 241 repeatedly.
Room 241 smells horrible, the A/C doesn’t work well & the fridge doesn’t preserve anything. The TV is extremely tiny and useless.
All of my food was soggy warm & ruined. The carpet also has stains all over & the toilet was dirty & the sink had toothpaste in it. I got my friend to call up & check about free rooms. They told him they had some open. When I asked to change rooms & they refused.
I am not understanding why I was made to stay in such a nasty unkempt room when I’ve been in better rooms here before."
