"Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds."

"We were in town for a sports tournament and picked this hotel because of the water park which was a huge perk. Hotel was relatively basic otherwise. Check in was slow but there were several families checking in at the same time and only one person at front desk. She was very friendly and helpful, the process was just slow. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, even though we saw the housekeeper as we were headed out and told her we were leaving and she could go in. Breakfast area was small but breakfast had enough choices for everyone. Would stay here again, or the adjoining hotel, to have access to the water park."
