"I thought the front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice with a great view of the mountains. I liked that there was water in the lobby and tons of books and places to sit in the lobby. We didn't eat at the restaurant but appreciated how close the hotel was to the bus stop and the gondola ride (next door). We also easily walked to the train station and then into the Chamonix center."
