He was particularly excellent in supporting us with a problem we had online regarding our travel arrangements. Cannot thank him enough! "

"It's one of the best hotels for our trip. Very spacious room, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed! Valet parking, breakfast buffet, restaurant on-site. When we checked in, staff was smiling, but at dinner, breakfast, and getting our car, no warm greetings. But overall, loved our stay here!"
