"Great location and views. The balcony and price sold me. So few hotels have balconies anymore. Room was huge; the downside was the cleaning. Our carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time, nor fixtures dusted. (Downside of XL rooms…they take longer to clean). . The A/C unit rattled. Other than that, it was fine and this was, by far, the cheapest (respectable) hotel in town. Breakfast dining rm is the old restaurant (and there is seating outside on the deck). Full breakfast sans any meat. Desk personnel very, very nice. Only thing holding from higher score was the cleaning."
