"The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The balcony with the view of the ocean was fantastic however, it was very loud at night with all the shows going on. Although the hotel was very convenient I would choose to stay somewhere quieter next time. Overall, the hotel was safe, convenient and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to all the stores and food restaurant choices and to have a grocery store located within the mall. I did find it difficult to get room service when I needed it however, there was one room service attendant, who was most helpful, a Filipino lady, who was very good about cleaning up after my son who became sick during our stay. I wish I could remember her name as I think she deserves a pay raise!"
