An der Rezeption war kaum Personal vorhanden, und der allgemeine Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man erwarten darf."

"The staff was welcoming and friendly from the start, offering complimentary sparkling wine when we checked in. Pretty much everything in Baden Baden is walkable from the hotel given its location. If you take the bus from the train station, you can cut through the mall area to the hotel and save yourself a 10-15 minute walk as Google Maps suggests!"
