"We were charged twice for a room that was disappointing, lounge room lights did not work, bare electric wires protruding from wall, tap at hand basin did not work, shower tidy rusty and dirty, and carpets dirty, empty cigarette packet in TV cabinet, TV did not work.
A credit card number was provided to secure the booking but the room was paid for on arrival from a different account, both accounts were debited.
The bed linen seemed to be clean however and the beds comfortable."
"Its Just your average Sports bar Hotel however the accomidation is clean and comfortable ... the only thing I didnt like is that they advertise they have a bristro and restuarant but they dont have any food service at all , all they offer is Alcohol a Tab and Pokies .... "

"The staff were amazing tended to our every need no ask was too big for these guys. Had an issue with my husband's back injury and him being able to go up the stairs so they accommodated for me my husband and my daughter in a family room down stairs with no issue at all we are definitely staying with them again"
