"Second time here. Beds are soft and very comfortable. Very nice staff. Better than usual breakfast. Fresh cooked bacon and eggs. Place is a great deal. This is our go to place when traveling."

"The hotel was pretty well over all, the beds were very comfortable! And I loved that it was pet friendly. However, those carpets are absolutely disgusting, I had white socks on and they were sooooo dirty after just walking around putting my bags away. So that was freaking gross, then the shower didn’t drain….it was a bath and a shower all in one.. lastly… the phone, the lamp and coffee maker did not work at all. So seems as though there was an issue with the outlet.. and that sucked because it would have been more convenient to have the phone working for things we needed. For the money I paid it should have been a better experience, I probably will not stay there again. Shame, I travel there a lot now for work and I’d be a regular.. I guess best western it is."

"The lock on the door was broken, the toilet was rocking, the ONLY ice machine was broken and the two exits other than the main entrance couldn’t be used to enter. When reporting it to the front desk, all I got was a stony stare down. DO BETTER."

"The pre made omelettes on the breakfast buffet were okay, but I’d prefer freshly scrambled eggs like I had last year. I didn’t trust yogurt from their “yogurt machine” because they didn’t know how well it was cleaned. I would have preferred some individual containers. But the staff was friendly and the property was clean. I wish the TVs received MS NOW"

"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Didn’t have time to eat breakfast. Casino was not as friendly to me. Lost. But I had a nice stay while there in Elko"
