"I don’t want to give a negative review, but I chose this hotel based on other guests high marks. If you are looking for a cheap place to spend the night that is pretty clean. This is a good fit. It is very old and outdated. It was pretty clean, but not up to the standards of mainstream hotels. The bed was just ok, but certainly not great. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was probably a 6. You get what you pay for. We have stayed at other hotels in Winamucca that were better, but a little more expensive. Next time we will pay a little more."

"The room was fine. The staff was a single person and I was standing at the desk for a while before the girl came out to check me in. I understand that there are other issues going on but I should not have to stand around like an ass and be made to feel worse because of staffing issues. the hotel protects its assets and issues, collects a deposit at the desk without fail but the hotel does not consider the guest. I am after all, the pain in the fanny they grow off."
