"Have stayed at this property multiple times over a couple of years and is by far the most charming in thunderbay. The rooms are always clean, and have great amenities. Amazing views too if you ask for lakeside. "

"The hotel is beautiful. It looked as it has undergone a Nice renovation. However, there seems to be no attention to detail, i.e.over-flowing garbages, artwork not straight, and cigarette butts and trash littered the front entrance. At 3:00 AM someone on our floor was beating loudly on their door and a female was screaming like someone was killing her. Very unsettling. Then at 3:30 the fire alarm went off for a long time before it was shut off by the fire dept. Lots of unsettling commotion and not a lot of sleep."
